In this role, I worked as a brand designer with the UI/UX principles in consideration.
My roles included creating UI visuals for Hack@Brown website and mobile application, and posters for social promotion.
Hack@Brown’s mission is to empower everyone to learn and build awesome projects at annual hackathons. Driven by the core ideals of diversity and inclusivity, I aim to create a fun-loving branding for Hack@Brown.
As coding seems to target a specific group of people and represents a stereotypical image, a more approachable and friendlier brand identity was needed.
I created social media banners, and print materials for publicity with cohesive presentation.
I designed the 3D visual assets and motion animation for the Registration page on the Hack@Brown2020 official website.
New feature, virtual space, and additional links to our livestream and spotify are introduced in 2021 registration page.
I created these type motion posters to be announced on social media, announcing the days left until official Hack@Brown2020 kicks off.
I designed these posters for workshops that are displayed on social media and on campus.
